ZF series magnetic powder dynamometer

Composition and principle:

Magnetic powder dynamometer composed by the stator, solid rotor excitation coil, magnetic media, bracket, and bench, when

the magnetic powder dynamometer produces a magnetic field when the internal coil loading the current , the internal magnetic

arranged in flux in the magnetic field lines generated by the magnetic particle chain tension becomes resistance to

prevent the rotation of the rotor, the force is the load torque. Changing the excitation current to change the load

torque.

Applications:

Suitable for high torque and lower speed motor testing. Such as the starter motor constant torque load start ,asynchronous

motors, DC gear motor and constant tension control used in paper, textile and other industries  .
